Kate was stressed preparing for a family celebrations when she felt unwell. While her husband told her to go to bed and rest she knew that she was experiencing something possibly serious. After visiting the doctor and having an ECG Kate discovered she had had a heart attack. Many women are unaware of the risk factors for heart disease and are often reluctant to take action when they feel unwell. Symptoms in women can be very different. Take action, learn the warning signs and know when to seek help.
