Who can use the Virtual Women's Health Clinic?
The Virtual Women's Health Clinic is available to Victorian women, girls, and gender diverse people from puberty age and above , across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Services available
Services offered include treatment and support for a range of conditions and women's health issues, including:
- General gynaecology including pelvic pain and endometriosis.
- Menstrual health support including heavy or irregular periods.
- Menopause and perimenopause advice and management.
- Vulval dermatology including support and treatment for vulvar skin complaints.
- Contraception advice and services, including long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) options such as intrauterine devices (IUDs) and contraceptive implants.
- Sexually transmissible infections (STI) testing and treatment.
- Pregnancy testing, counselling and options including medical abortion and referrals for surgical abortion.
- Urogynaecology including treatment for pelvic organ prolapse and support for incontinence and continence problems.
Further support is also available through Each – the provider of the Virtual Women's Health Clinic – including family violence, drug and alcohol, and mental health support.
Cost of services
All virtual consultations from the Virtual Women's Health Clinic are free.
Some follow-up services (for example, tests, procedures, or medications required) may have costs.
How to make an appointment
The virtual clinic is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
You do not need a referral.

You don't need to bring anything, but you are welcome to share information you think is relevant.
