What does the program look like?
There will be six Life! sessions over 12 months. The session will be run by a qualified health professional who will arrange a one-to-one catch-up with you before you start.
Life! makes a difference
The Life! program makes a real difference to people’s lives. Debra found the whole experience of being on the program extremely beneficial.
