Ingredients:

Cooking method:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 180°C.
  2. Combine bran and fruit in a bowl.
  3. Add sugar and milk. Mix well and leave for 1 hour.
  4. Add flour and mix well.
  5. Spoon into lightly greased loaf tin and bake in a hot oven (180°C) for 1 hour.
  6. Remove from oven and turn onto wire rack to cool.
  7. Slice and serve.
