Ingredients:

Cooking method:

  1. Heat the oil in a heavy-base frying pan to a medium temperature.
  2. Add the chokos and baby onions.
  3. Reduce heat to a low temperature and cook gently, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the capsicum, sugar and balsamic vinegar. Stir through till the sugar melts and dissolves. Partially cover the frypan with a lid and continue cooking for another 10 minutes allowing the steam to escape.
  5. Add the basil and cook through for another minute.
  6. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  7. Serve.
