Ingredients:

Cooking method:

  1. Place 1 sheet of Mountain bread on a chopping board and top with one sheet of nori.
  2. Place half the shredded chicken along one edge.   Place half of the other ingredients along the edge on top of the chicken in layers.
  3. Fold the edge over and roll the Mountain bread tightly into a long roll.
  4. Using a sharp knife cut each roll into neat slices on the diagonal to reveal the colourful filling.
  5. Repeat the process with remaining Mountain bread and ingredients. 
  6. Note: if not serving at once, cover the wrap in cling film and refrigerate until needed.
