Ingredients:

Cooking method:

  1. Fry garlic in a pan, add beef. Sear the beef on both sides. Remove and set aside for the meat to rest.
  2. Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, paprika and stock to the frypan. Cook for approximately 10 minutes until the liquid reduces.
  3. Slice the beef.
  4. Add the beef to the sauce and cook to taste.
  5. Remove from heat, stir sour cream through the mixture. Cook for a further 2 minutes on low heat.
  6. Serve garnished with parsley.

 Serving suggestion: can be served on a bed of rice or mashed potato.
