  • A balance of study, exercise, rest and relaxation, and sleep will give them the best chance of doing well in their exams.
  • Don’t forget to encourage them to eat well. Protein and complex carbohydrates help young brains function effectively. Sugar, caffeine and alcohol don’t.
  • Good study habits are valuable.
  • And remind them, there is life after year 12 exams.
