Cooking method:

  1. Place olive oil, garlic and chilli in a large frypan and heat over low heat.
  2. When the garlic begins to turn golden, increase heat, add calamari and cook until it turns white.
  3. Add the spinach, salt and pepper. After a minute or two the spinach will be soft and wilted.
  4. Divide into serving dishes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
