NURSE-ON-CALL is a telephone helpline that provides immediate, expert health advice from a registered nurse, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The phone service is for non-emergency health advice only.
If you think your situation is an emergency, you should always call Triple Zero (000) or go to an emergency department at a hospital.

Eligibility
Available to everyone in Victoria.
A nurse triage service, Healthdirect, is available in all other states. It can be contacted on 1800 022 222.

Calls are charged at the cost of a local call.
Calls from mobile phones may be charged at a higher rate.
