Cooking method:

  1. Break broccoli into florets and thinly slice stems. Cook in boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes until tender but slightly undercooked. Drain.
  2. Spray non-stir frypan with oil and stir-fry garlic and pine nuts. Remove and stir-fry snow peas for 2 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli, garlic and nuts and mix. Serve hot.
