Cooking method:

  1. Gently cook the garlic and chilli in olive oil in a frypan for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the crabmeat to the pan, toss for 30 seconds and remove from heat.
  3. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente (firm but tender).
  4. Drain the spaghetti and toss in a large bowl with the crabmeat mix.
  5. Add chopped parsley and season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
