The 15 Centres Against Sexual Assault (CASAs) that are spread throughout Victoria support women,
men and young people who have been sexually assaulted. They also support non-offending family
members, partners and friends. CASAs and the Sexual Assault Crisis Line give access to confidential telephone counselling, support
and referral 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
CASAs provide the following services:
- Telephone helpline
- Advice or counselling
- Crisis support
- Health information
- Help for young people
- Telephone counselling
- Health service referral
- Sexual assault counselling
- Information and advocacy
- Community education and training
Anyone in Victoria who has been sexually assaulted, as well as non-offending family members, partners and friends.

The Translating and Interpreting Service
(TIS National) is available (24 hours, 7 days) for callers who speak other languages. Call 131 450.
The National Relay Service

During business hours your call to the Sexual Assault Crisis Line will divert to your local CASA. From 5.00 pm to 9.00 am on weeknights and on weekends, the Sexual Assault Crisis Line offers telephone crisis support and counselling.
Calls are free from landlines.
Calls from mobile phones may be charged at a higher rate. Ask the counsellor to return your call.
