People who work outdoors are more likely to develop skin cancer as a result of long-term exposure to the ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun’s rays.

There is a range of methods that you and your employer can introduce to reduce exposure to the sun.

What causes hay fever?

Hay fever, also called allergic rhinitis, is common in spring because it is often caused by an allergy to grass pollen.

However, hay fever can occur at any time of the year. Symptoms include a running nose, sneezing and itchy, watering eyes.
