Keep up the good work! | Premier's Active Families Challenge
Get active and have fun! 30 minutes of physical activity a day for 30 days

Keep up the good work!

The Premier's Active Families Challenge has drawn to a close for another year. Congratulations to the 80,021 Victorians who took the Challenge in 2012 by doing 30 minutes of exercise for 30 days between 19 March and 30 April 2012.

Don't stop being active just because it's over. Now you have built up your activity levels and know how good being physically active makes you feel, why not keep it up all year round? If you need more inspiration, there are suggestions of ways to stay active on the Better Health Channel website.

If you missed out on taking part in the 2012 Premier's Active Families Challenge but are interested in taking the Challenge next year, let us know by registering your interest here.

It's fun, it's free and it's a great way to get healthy and active.
