Check how far you have to walk to burn up the food you eat
This tool will also give you an indication of how far you need to walk to burn up the energy in each food. This is an estimate based on a 65kg person and will vary with each person’s weight. Remember:
- You use up energy even if you’re not active, but you’ll be healthier and find it easier to manage your weight if you do some regular physical activity.
