Bereavement Information and Referral Service

Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Available to: People needing to access bereavement services in Victoria.
Services: Staff from the Australia Centre for Grief and Bereavement provide referrals to counselling services
Other: Toll free. The service does not provide telephone counselling

Victorian Bushfires Counselling Support for the Veteran Community

During busines hours - connects you to the nearest VVCS centre
After business hours - connects you with Venetrans Line, the after hours relephone crisis service
Services: counselling, group programs and case management services to Australian veterans, peacekeepers, their families, war widows and widowers and eligible Australian Defence Force personnel
