Lamb - Middle Eastern patties

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Makes: 20 patties

Ingredients:
500 g lean lamb , (or beef) finely minced
2 teaspoons mediterranean mixed spice
1 cup coriander leaves, coarsely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil, for frying

Method:
1. Blend all ingredients in the food processor until a smooth paste forms.
2. Form round patties about 4-5cm in diameter.
3. Heat oil in frypan and cook patties for approximately 3 - 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown in colour.
