Salad - Mediterranean tomato

Serves: 6

Ingredients:
5 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 large cucumber, thickly sliced
1 large red onion, sliced
1/4 cup croutons
10 black olives
oregano, to taste
oil free salad dressing (such as Dill yoghurt dressing), to taste

Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
