Part 1 Getting Started in Your Home Gourmet Kitchen Week 1 of 7.

The fundamental skills of the kitchen are the subject of Emma’s latest series. Choose to take part in all 7 weeks or just the subjects that you need brushing up on, with week 1 focusing on the great ‘vegie dishes’ and ‘super salads’. Bring along your favourite knife, learn basic knife handling skills and Emma will create dishes including; an Apple and Hazelnut Coleslaw, Minestrone Soup, Red Lentil Dahl with Pakoras, a Beetroot, Fennel and Avocado Salad, Goats Curd and Herbs and the all time favourite Nicoise Salad.
