Physical activity is important for good health but you need to know how to prevent injury. Warm ups, mouthguards and the right equipment is important. Each activity involves different risks, so find out about the activity that interest you.

General

Injuries are common but they are often easy to prevent if you are aware of the issues.

Specific activities

There many activities to choose from; netball, soccer and tennis are popular team sports but walking and jogging can be done alone.

Exercise related injuries

Some injuries like, blisters, muscle strain and sprained ankles are common sporting injuries.
