There are many ways to be fit and active. You can choose outdoor activities like rowing, surfing or bike riding or indoor activities like martial arts and basketball. You might prefer a team sport or be active alone or with a friend.

Water sports

Water activities are fun and invigorating, try canoeing or surfing, you might be a good swimmer and try water polo.

Inside

You can be involved in indoor activities like aerobics, squash or dance at any time whether it’s cold, raining or dark.

Outside

Fresh air and sunshine are important for everyone, so it’s good to do some physical activity that takes you outdoors.
