Child safety

Keep children safe when they play inside and outside, ride bikes and when you take them in the car.

Children all develop at different rates but it helps to know which growth milestones to expect.

Healthy eating and lots of activity are very important for growing children. Fill lunchboxes with healthy snacks.

Teeth need care, even baby teeth are important and need brushing regularly.
